Career discussion around a CV

Pay for meaningful distribution, not anonymous impressions

A sponsored use is counted only the first time a specific Veriscore user generates a CV with your campaign. The same person may use the advertisement again, but cannot receive the reward twice for the same campaign.

The campaign ends when its end date is reached or all sponsored CVs have been used. Unused sponsored capacity is not refunded and remains with Veriscore.

A transparent 50/50 model

You choose the job seeker earning for each unique sponsored CV. It can be increased freely, but never below Veriscore’s compensation norm for one minute of work. The same amount is allocated to Veriscore. If a valid Kickback code is used, that percentage is added on top so neither the job seeker share nor the Veriscore 50% share is reduced.

The person behind an eligible Kickback receives it as Veriscore employee earnings after the paid campaign is approved. Job seeker rewards are registered as earnings when the sponsored CV is actually generated.

Kickback

Optional. Reward the Veriscore employee who introduced the advertiser.
